Latu is an original character created by my dear friend 
. He came to me one day asking to bring her to life.
Meet Latu, the spunky sidekick who cannot speak, and hides a big secret. She is a part of a Pokemon rp in which my friend is a part of.
He described her as skinny, normal size, blonde/pink hair, and an overall pink and white color scheme. I decided to draw the face in traditional Pokemon anime style ^-^ I personally think she's adorable.
